About 3DNA

We built the company by testing assumptions.

3DNA began with a simple belief: digital production would change eyewear. The important question was how to make that change worthy of the product.

Our mission

Give eyewear partners the tools to make better-fitting, better-finished frames on demand—without sacrificing the materials and craft customers already love.

Four years of testing changed our direction

01

We entered the market believing 3D printing could unlock bespoke eyewear. We researched, tested, produced, and listened closely to the people who handled and wore the frames.

02

The feedback was consistent: premium customers noticed the rough texture, limited color depth, uncomfortable skin feel, and lack of adjustability. More processing increased cost without closing the quality gap.

03

So we pivoted. We kept the digital design, biometric fit, and made-to-order model—and built an automated manufacturing platform around premium frame materials and proven finishing methods.

What guides us

Listen before scaling

Client feedback is product data. We act on it.

Quality earns trust

A premium frame must feel premium before its technology matters.

Digital serves craft

Automation should make expertise more repeatable, not make it irrelevant.

Partners create the experience

Opticians, brands, and labs turn the platform into customer value.

Leadership

Optical experience, computational design, automation, and scalable systems in one team.
